EXECUTIVE TRAINEES in the disciplines of Human Resource (25) Finance (35)
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 during one-year training. After successful completion of training they will be placed as Officers at a basic pay of Rs.25650/-. Besides basic pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance, other perquisites & allowances under cafeteria approach. Benefits such as leave, medical treatment, PF, Gratuity, etc will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Eligible candidates will have to undergo an Online Selection Test. Test will be of two hours duration. On the basis of the performance in Online test, candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
